* Shared-ride rentals are $15/horse the first hour, $10 each additional hour. * Riders share the multipurpose arena with other individuals that may be present. * For the safety of fellow riders, please book a private rental if working with stallions or green horses. Arena Size: Multipurpose Ring Dimensions: 210' x 140' (29,400 sq ft) Maximum: 12 horses Footing: Professionally Graded Sand-Soil Footing RECOMMENDED RIDER LIMITS: 10-12 riders --- Flatwork (walk/trot) 8-10 riders --- Mixed flatwork (including canter) 6-8 riders --- Cavaletti / pole work 4-6 riders --- Jump schooling EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE: - Dressage letter cones (set of 8) - A set of single-rail adjustable jumps - Clients may bring their own cavaletti poles, jumps, barrels, or other equipment. Please set up and remove within your rental time. FACILITY AMENITIES: - 40' Round Pen: Ideal for groundwork, lunging, or training young horses. - 12' x 16' Covered Wash Station: A shaded area for grooming and bathing your horse. - Outdoor Restroom (Port-a-John): Convenient on-site facilities for your comfort. - Upcoming Gazebo: We will soon be constructing a gazebo for shaded seating. In the meantime, clients are welcome to bring pop-up tents and chairs while they're here. ARENA ETIQUETTE: - Faster gaits stay on the rail; slower work and halts to the inside. - Pass left shoulder to left shoulder. - Announce "inside," "outside," and "door" clearly when needed. - Limit long diagonals or big circles when the arena is busy.
